Returns & Exchanges
NAWHASTRA is built around fit, proportion, and long-wearing everyday elegance. This policy applies to NAWHASTRA orders once checkout opens.
Return and exchange window
- Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where supplied.
- Items that show wear, odour, stains, makeup marks, perfume, damage, or washing may be refused.
How to request a return or exchange
Email support@nawhastra.com with your order number, SKU, size, reason for return or exchange, and clear photos if the item is faulty or incorrect. NAWHASTRA will confirm whether the request is approved and provide the return instructions.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or colour is unavailable, NAWHASTRA may offer a return, alternative item, or store credit depending on the order status and customer preference.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or a product with a manufacturing fault, contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Confirmed faulty or incorrect items will be handled by replacement, exchange, refund, or another remedy offered by NAWHASTRA.
Non-returnable items
- Final-sale items, if clearly marked final sale before purchase.
- Altered, customised, or made-to-order garments unless faulty.
- Items returned after the return window.
- Items not in original returnable condition.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, or payment-provider processing times may vary.
