Shipping
NAWHASTRA is a Kathmandu-designed fashion brand. The current website is a first-drop preview and waitlist experience. Online checkout is not active until stock, payment, and fulfilment are opened for orders.
When checkout opens, delivery availability, shipping cost, and estimated delivery date must be shown before payment is completed.
Nepal delivery
- Kathmandu Valley: standard delivery target of 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Outside Kathmandu Valley: standard delivery target of 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address and courier coverage.
- Dispatch: orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, unless the product page states that the item is pre-order, made-to-order, or delayed.
International delivery
International delivery is not available by default. If international orders are accepted later, shipping cost, estimated delivery time, customs responsibility, and return eligibility will be shown before payment.
Delivery problems
If a parcel is delayed, lost, returned to sender, or delivered damaged, contact support@nawhastra.com with your order number, delivery address, and clear photos where relevant. NAWHASTRA will review the issue and respond with the next step.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct name, phone number, delivery address, and delivery instructions. If an order cannot be delivered because the address is incomplete or incorrect, additional delivery charges may apply.
