These Terms apply to the use of the NAWHASTRA website, including collection pages, product preview pages, waitlist forms, contact forms, and any future checkout experience.

Website status

The current website presents NAWHASTRA collection previews and waitlist access. A product shown on the website is not an offer to sell unless checkout is active and the order can be completed with confirmed price, delivery, and payment terms.

Product information

NAWHASTRA aims to present accurate product names, SKU details, colours, sizing, prices, imagery, and descriptions. Minor differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, fabric batches, garment finishing, or production changes. Where a material change is made, the product page will be updated before checkout.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in NPR unless stated otherwise. Products marked “Coming soon” are preview items and are not available for purchase yet. NAWHASTRA may change pricing, availability, product descriptions, or launch timing before checkout opens.

Orders

Once checkout opens, an order is confirmed only after payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued. NAWHASTRA may refuse or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, payment fails, information is incorrect, suspected fraud is present, or a pricing/technical error has occurred.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, sizing, delivery, and payment information. Customers should review product details, size guidance, shipping terms, and return terms before placing an order.

Intellectual property

The NAWHASTRA name, logo, website design, copy, product structure, SKU system, images, prompts, and brand materials belong to NAWHASTRA or its licensors. They may not be copied, reused, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, upload malicious material, impersonate others, interfere with forms or services, or misuse NAWHASTRA intellectual property.

External links

The website may link to Instagram, TikTok, payment services, email services, or courier services. NAWHASTRA is not responsible for external websites that it does not control.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, NAWHASTRA is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website use, preview information, technical interruptions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
